Sascha Dikiciyan mashes genres on his debut original album Doomsday

Berlin-born, Hollywood-based music producer Sascha Dikiciyan (aka Toksin, Sonic Mayhem) has spent two decades contributing to video game franchises such as Quake, Borderlands, and Tron. Over the last several years, the artist has branched out to prepare his first solo album. Entitled Doomsday, the album has just been released on Bandcamp and other digital distribution channels. Here’s how Dikiciyan describes the album:

“Rejecting traditional composition arrangements and venturing beyond typical soundtrack formats or concept album norms, DOOMSDAY takes the listener on a rebellious journey of sonic conflicts and discovery of new musical sounds as Dikiciyan mashes and traverses multiple genres, never compromising his vision for an original, emotive soundtrack experience to a movie that does not exist… all processed through his own challenging, unique electronic punk voice that is Sonic Mayhem.”

The six-track album features collaborations with vocalist Malukah (The Elder Scrolls Online) and electronic music duo Power Glove (Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon). It can be streamed in full above and is available for 10 USD on Bandcamp now.
