Monster Hunter’s seventeenth arranged album announced

Reflecting its enormous popularity in Japan, the Monster Hunter series has received some sixteen arranged albums to date, spanning everything from electronic and chiptune remixes, to rock band performances, to orchestral concert recordings. It has been announced the series’ seventeenth arranged album, set for release on September 16, will focus on the jazz genre.

Monster Hunter The Jazz is the second jazz arranged album of the series, following Monster Hunter Swing -Big Band Jazz Arrange-. It will feature renditions of the series’ music, including recent entries, in an authentic moody jazz sound. While the arranger of the album has not been announced, an American performer will apparently be responsible, indicating Zac Zinger will once again be handling the music.
