Long-neglected Fire Emblem scores finally gaining album releases

Tablier Communications, the Japanese record label responsible for publishing the beautifully-presented Fire Emblem -Awakening- Original Soundtrack last year have announced that they will create further soundtrack releases for the series. On March 4, the label will publish four-disc sets featuring the complete soundtracks for the GameCube’s Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and the Wii’s Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. Until now, the music for these titles have not been officially-released despite much fan demand. Let’s hope that Tablier Communications manages to get publishing rights for some of Nintendo’s other neglected scores too.

Great news, although being disc-only cannot bode well for int’l buyers. Here’s hoping publishers get with the times & expand their digital offerings, promptly. -.-
