OverClocked ReMix releases four-disc Final Fantasy IX tribute

OverClocked ReMix have released their 53rd free community arrangement album, Worlds Apart. Inspired by Nobuo Uematsu’s soundtrack to Final Fantasy IX, the 4+ hour album features 58 arrangements from 57 artists in a variety of musical genres.

Directed by Cain McCormack (Fishy), the soundtrack unites the talents of OCR long-timers (including Benjamin Briggs, Josh Whelchel, and site founder David Lloyd) with a range of new talents. The album is available to download for free here as of today.

About the Author

I've contributed to websites related to game audio since 2002. In this time, I've reviewed over a thousand albums and interviewed hundreds of musicians across the world. As the founder and webmaster of VGMO -Video Game Music Online-, I hope to create a cutting-edge, journalistic resource for all those soundtrack enthusiasts out there. In the process, I would love to further cultivate my passion for music, writing, and generally building things. Please enjoy the site and don't hesitate to say hello!
