Square Enix debuts new Episode Ignis track

Square Enix have debuted a brand new song from Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis. The piece is entitled ‘Apocalypsis Magnatus’ and has been composed by the core game’s lead composer, Yoko Shimomura, who is known for her work on Kingdom Hearts and many other RPGs. The arrangement is provided by Tadayoshi Makino, who has composer for Monster Hunter, Dragon’s Dogma and Final Fantasy Record Keeper.

As we reported in October, Episode Ignis’ lead composer is Yasunori Mitsuda, but will be only providing three tracks for the score.

Episode Ignis is set to release on December 13th and is available as part of the season pass or separately for $4.99.
