Gamemusic Records launches with Kholat vinyl announcement

Gamemusic.pl has officially launched their own record label, “gamemusic records,” which will join in with the recent trend of releasing game scores on vinyl. Their first release will be Arkadiusz Reikowski’s score to Kholat; the earliest customers will receive their copies with album sleeves signed by the composer himself. The artwork on the album sleeve depicts the snowy setting of the game, while the disc has a blood-splatter pattern. Those who are unfamiliar with the soundtrack can read our review here.

Gamemusic.pl has stated the following on their new label: “We’re constantly looking for soundtracks that have a unique vibe and generate an unmistakable atmosphere. We stick to the principle of releasing only those albums that we would consider buying on our own. Because of that, we want gamemusic records to fully meet the expectations of contemporary listeners.” Those who are interested in future releases from gamemusic records can subscribe to the newsletter here for updates on future albums and pre-order information.
