Frédéric Motte releases incredible free demoscene album

We recently talked to Frédéric Motte (aka Elmobo, formerly Moby) about his extensive career in an24 extensive interview. Long before he scored hit titles such as Nightmare Creatures and Fury of the Furries, the French musician was part of the demoscene. He wrote numerous epic tunes using the Amiga Protracker for legendary demoscene groups such as Sanity, Alcatraz, Quartex, and Dreamdealers.

For his latest Bandcamp release, Amiga Days, Motte has released a collection of tracks he composed during these years. It features twenty tracks he composed using Protracker between 1989 and 1993, among them 10+ minute epics such as “Progressive Funk”, “The Knight is Back”, and “More Than Music”.

Each tune has been carefully mixed and mastered especially for this release. In addition, all the original MOD files are included in the download and a bonus unreleased track is included. Available on a name-your-price basis through Bandcamp, Amiga Days comes highly recommended.
