Final Fantasy XV to receive extended soundtrack

Update (24/03/18): Final Fantasy XV Official Soundtrack Volume 2, featuring the scores of the game’s expansions, is now available to purchase from the Square Enix official store at the price of $69.99 for the blu-ray release.

Square Enix announced this morning that an extended soundtrack of Final Fantasy XV will be released. Entitled Volume 2, the new soundtrack will include music from the main game, the DLC expansions (Prompto, Gladio, Ignis and Comrades) as well as new music from lead composer Yoko Shimomura from the recently announced Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition.

The CD collection will consist of five CDs, while the blu-ray edition will be two discs. The blu-ray edition exclusively includes a live recording from the Piano Collections Final Fantasy XV concert which was held last year. The soundtrack releases on March 21st and you can see the see official website here.
