Chris Huelsbeck releases four new chillout / chiptune EPs
Earlier today, legendary German composer Chris Huelsbeck (Turrican, Giana Sisters) updated his Bandcamp page with four new releases:
GeoDrop Soundtrack EP
TouchFish Soundtrack EP Vol. 1
TouchFish Soundtrack EP Vol. 2
TouchFish Soundtrack EP Vol. 3 -Deep Chiptune-
These EPs feature the music that Huelsbeck wrote for the abstract puzzle game GeoDrop and the social simulation title TouchFish, both of which were recently released on the iOS stores. The releases carry a fairly high pricetag given the amount of material, but should certainly appeal to fans of the composer’s classic works. Fusing retro and chillout elements, the offer plenty of the hybridised soundscapes and gorgeous melodies the artist is known for.
